What are the Akashic Records and how can we access them? I have only recently discovered the Akashic Records through my research into Sanskrit. The term ‘Akasha’ was introduced to the language of theosophy by H.P Blavatsky in the 18 hundreds who deemed it the realm of all life and claimed it recorded both the past and future thoughts and actions of every human as well as recording all of the desires and earth experiences of our planet. It was not until 1883 that Alfred Percy Sinnet author of ‘Esoteric Buddhism’ who further researched the Buddhist’s belief in ‘a permanency of records in the Akasa’ expressed the ability for humans to access and read them for themselves.
Nevertheless, many authors throughout history have claimed that only clairvoyants can access these records or a trained occultist can distinguish the difference between our imagination and the actual records, also referred to as astral pictures. I uncover the connection between this spiritual belief and the mention of the Akashic records in Religious Books.View Post
